Bloedel Reserve is seeking a friendly and welcoming Guest Services Associate to join our team. As an ambassador for our renowned gardens, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and members upon arrival and providing an orientation of the property, programs, and events.
  • Providing friendly, clear, and courteous customer service to encourage return visitation.
  • Managing customer concerns, communicating effectively, and providing prompt follow-up.
  • Processing sales transactions for admission, membership, programs, and merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people.
  • Courtesy, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
  • Comfort and aptitude with computers and technology.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • The ability to work well independently and in coordination with other Guest Services team members.
