About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Springhill Suites by Marriott Roanoke. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments and make necessary changes to guest accounts.
  • Enter and update reservation information in our system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming, and organized.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating various departments of our physical premises.
