About the Role

The Guest Service Agent is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and check-out: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests.
  • PBX operations: Manage phone calls and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Mail and message service: Handle guest mail and messages in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Guest service: Provide outstanding service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of the local area, services, attractions, and events.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with multiple arrivals and departures within a short period of time.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and operations, and the ability to enter information accurately.
