About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Services Team as a Guest Services Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our fans feel welcome and supported throughout their visit to the Angel Of The Winds Arena.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet guests and collect tickets as they enter the building or section assigned, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Ensure Guest Compliance: Monitor guest conduct and ensure compliance with outside food and beverage policies, as well as camera policies.
  • Usher Guests to Their Seats: Assist guests in finding their seats and provide directional assistance throughout the facility.
  • Monitor Guest Conduct: Monitor guest conduct and provide assistance to guests as needed, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Assist in Emergency Situations: Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team, directing guests to emergency exits and assisting guests with special needs.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional guest and client service capabilities, with an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently and remain flexible, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb stairs, with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
