We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Island Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a relaxed and welcoming destination for our guests, providing exceptional service, and exceeding sales and service performance goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in guest and sales experience, a get-things-done mindset, and a natural ability to collaborate with others. You will also need to be willing to perform other duties as required to support the business.

As an Island Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique shopping experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a relaxed destination for our guests, including greeting them with a friendly smile and providing personalized service
  • Setting the course for sales success, including learning and referencing current product knowledge and providing prompt recommendations to guests
  • Building the perfect oasis for our guests, including emphasizing brand direction and informing them of current marketing programs and upcoming events
  • Onboarding your crew, including actively participating in all store-related meetings and working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals
