Job Description: Strategic Business Development ManagerThe Structural Heart Business Unit within our Medical Device Segment is focused on developing innovative products and solutions to treat Structural Heart Disease (TAVI, TMTI, SI, and CS). With revenue exceeding $2 billion and growing double digits, this unit requires an experienced business development professional to support its growth strategy.
You will lead critical aspects of the business development process, including identifying potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations. Your goal will be to contribute to the expansion of Abbott's Structural Heart Business while ensuring alignment with our overall corporate vision and strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in science or business
- 7-10 years of experience in medical device marketing, research and development, or field operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with numbers and concepts
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage uncertainty
