Job Description:

As our Manufacturing HR Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing HR functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and strategic workforce planning. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives and drive our organization's success.

You will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the hiring and integration of qualified manufacturing talent, manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment, and administer and enhance performance management systems to ensure employee development and organizational growth.

You will also ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and manufacturing-specific compliance requirements, manage payroll, compensation packages, and benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction, and develop training programs to address skills gaps and improve employee performance within the manufacturing environment.

Additionally, you will design initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention within a manufacturing setting, track and report on key HR metrics, and contribute to HR strategies that support our organization's goals, especially in a manufacturing context.
