At Pure Storage, we're seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Insights Leader to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in business intelligence and data strategy to drive strategic decision-making.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, analytical techniques, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop executive-ready reporting and visualizations to provide easy-to-digest actions out of complex problems;
  • Help define a roadmap and vision for Business Insights and Data Strategy for business stakeholders;
  • Present work to functional leaders and executives on a regular basis;
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery;
  • Participate in data warehouse design and optimization;
  • Manage the delivery of finished products, including training and support to end users;
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in or supporting Marketing Analytics or Marketing Operations;
  • 4+ years of experience in Tableau (or similar BI tools) used for business reporting and analytics;
  • Experience working with SQL or other data manipulation languages;
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
  • A BA degree is required (degrees in business, financial or analytical fields);
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure, and adapt quickly to change;
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally, through strong relationship building, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills, with all levels of management;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000.00-$218,000.00 per annum, depending on experience. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. You must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
