About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales organization in Northern California. As an Enterprise Sales Director, Healthcare, you'll develop new business opportunities in the healthcare vertical. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of healthcare technology and the ability to represent Ushur as a top-tier enterprise software sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic account plans for assigned verticals and regions, focusing on engaging leaders responsible for digital transformation, customer experience, and operations.
  2. Become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs, demonstrating industry awareness, and co-creating high-impact business solutions using the Ushur platform.
  3. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to create industry-relevant presentations and demonstrations.
  4. Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure client success with proofs of concept and programs in production.
  5. Maintain a working knowledge of the Ushur Platform and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
  1. 4-5 years of proven success selling SaaS-based enterprise software solutions, with at least 3+ years of experience selling to health plans and other healthcare organizations in the Fortune 1000.
  2. A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota.
  3. Subject matter expertise in healthcare, with rich experience working with health plans and benefits.
  4. Deep understanding of how technology is leveraged within health plans and how they interact with their members, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
  5. Familiarity with how health plans and healthcare companies select technology and solution providers.
  6. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  7. Ability to present sophisticated technology solutions at the C-level.
  8. Strong written and oral communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be located in Northern California and must be willing to travel approximately 30% of the time.
