Position Overview

Pratap Bhosale - State Farm Agency is seeking a dynamic Bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Manager. While prior experience in insurance is not a prerequisite, we are committed to training the right candidate who possesses the ideal personality and skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, precise, and courteous customer support, which may involve addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.

Candidate Requirements

  • Preferred Spanish proficiency with strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in insurance sales or possession of Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses is advantageous.
  • Background in sales (including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets is a plus.
  • Strong communication abilities - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to establish rapport with customers.
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
