Job Title: Executive Vice President

Job Summary:

Arc Initiatives, a leading full-service political, digital, and public affairs consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to lead our North Star office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing business and growth strategies, managing client accounts, and delivering exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies for the North Star office, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Client Management: Manage client accounts, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated advocacy and political campaigns, leveraging expertise in earned media, owned media, digital engagement, and advertising.
  • Business Operations: Contribute to the firm's business development and professional growth, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in politics, advocacy, or a related field, with increasing management responsibilities and leadership capacity.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in electoral campaigns, advocacy, public affairs, or a related industry, with a strong understanding of the evolving media landscape.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive business growth, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Passion: Passion for progressive politics and causes, with a particular focus on Minnesota.
