Overview:
As a Financial Controller at NeoLife, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure accurate product costing and the meticulous maintenance of our general ledger, along with the preparation of comprehensive financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and analysis of product costing for new and revised products.
  • Annual review of product costs and selling prices.
  • Issuing and maintaining annual Price Lists for NeoLife Sales Companies.
  • Supervising the accounts payable team and reviewing their work for accuracy.
  • Conducting employee performance evaluations and facilitating professional development.
  • Overseeing the General Ledger and ensuring timely submission of monthly and quarterly financial packages.
  • Executing special projects as required to support business objectives.

  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Experience & Education:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for those with manufacturing and cost accounting backgrounds.
  • Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • CPA certification is a plus.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including sitting for extended periods, operating office equipment, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. The work environment is a professional office setting with moderate noise levels.
