Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of our financial systems, including Netsuite, Coupa, and other SaaS applications.
  • Manage a team of internal team members and external consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal architecture for financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain key SOX controls, ensuring compliance with internal and external auditors.
  • Form strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Perform systems administration for key Finance business systems.
  • Leverage expertise to challenge current business processes and drive improvements.
  • Manage third-party vendors to achieve deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of management experience, including mentoring and team leadership.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience administering financial systems, with direct experience in key areas of Netsuite.
  • Experience managing procurement software, revenue recognition software, and/or expense software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organization skills, effectively managing the team's portfolio of work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with SOX compliance, including creating new controls, adhering to existing controls, and working with internal and external auditors.
  • 4-year degree in Accounting, Business, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with integration tools such as Mulesoft, Workato, or other iPass tools.
  • Experience with consumption or usage-based pricing models.
