Head of Financial Planning and Control Department
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or any related business course.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Residing in the vicinity of Laguna.
Open to working in the Laguna area.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Management and Reporting:
Oversees the documentation, discussion, and analysis of the organization's financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Summarizes all financial transactions into comprehensive financial statements including profit and loss reports and cash flow statements.
Delivers clear and comprehensible financial reports regularly or upon request from senior management.
Manages the creation, organization, and preservation of financial records and statements.
Tax Compliance:
Oversees the calculation and remittance of applicable taxes to the relevant authorities.
Validates tax computations related to real estate, corporate income, and other applicable taxes.
Recommends strategies to ensure adherence to tax regulations and policies from various governing bodies.
Regulatory Reporting:
Prepares and submits routine General Accounting reports as mandated by regulatory authorities.
Conducts research on the latest accounting regulations and guidelines issued by governing bodies.
Strategic Planning and Performance Monitoring:
Engages in strategic and operational planning initiatives of the organization.
Prepares, submits, and presents reports related to the development of strategic plans and assessment of departmental performance.
Process Improvement and Documentation:
Analyzes and assesses current workflows to initiate efficiency studies.
Reviews existing policies and procedures to identify areas for enhancement.
Develops innovative projects and documents policies to improve departmental efficiency.
Team Management:
Exercises oversight over all activities and personnel under management regarding workload distribution, performance evaluation, training, and discipline.
Performs additional tasks as directed by Management.

Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
