Job Summary

The Associate Director of Enrollment Visits and Events is a key member of the Enrollment team, responsible for overseeing on-campus events, creating and managing visit day schedules, and coordinating appointments with campus partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute on-campus events, including visit days and large event days
  • Create and manage visit day schedules, ensuring a seamless experience for guests
  • Coordinate appointments with campus partners, including faculty, staff, and students
  • Reserve locations and speakers for events, and manage logistics
  • Assist in off-campus events, including booking and planning
  • Manage location rentals and food orders, and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Assist in creating agendas and supporting team members
  • Share travel responsibilities with the Director, and help organize and prepare materials before events
  • Digitally support Campus Visit in Slate (CRM), and manage confirmation emails
  • Build events and registration forms, and update the visit portal
  • Enhance the online experience for guests, suggesting new ideas and improvements
  • Assist and support team members, and aid in daily processes and tour management
  • Track goal progress and pivot strategy as needed

Essential Duties

  • Organize Large Event Days, ensuring a smooth and successful experience
  • Book and plan off-campus events, considering logistics and guest needs
  • Support the CRM through digital support, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

Professional Development Requirements

  • Organized and task-oriented, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Hospitable and eager to serve, with a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
  • Ability to think creatively, suggesting new ideas and improvements
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of Slate Technologies (CRM) preferred, with experience in digital support
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to make calm and informed decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Demands

  • Ability to organize a storage room, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace
  • Stand on a step ladder, and lift paper boxes as needed
  • Walk across campus, and engage with guests and team members
