Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to new and existing customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Insurance Claims and Premiums: Interface with insurance companies to resolve claims and premium payment issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate open enrollment meetings, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for our clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, develop and maintain a filing system, and maintain contact lists.
- Communication: Write and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms as needed, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Licensure: Possess an active Texas Department of Insurance Group 1 license.
- Industry Knowledge: Have sales experience in life and health insurance, as well as knowledge of the Affordable Care Act.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and working knowledge of office equipment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
- Competitive Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, based on experience.
