Job Title: Account Executive, Core Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in the Inland Empire region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to prospective buyers
  • Develop sales strategies to meet assigned quotas and drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional support to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Make cold calls and reach out to prospects to identify new sales opportunities
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are being met
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on company offerings and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
  • Maintain a database of contact information and build long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments
  • Handle complaints and negotiations in a professional and timely manner
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and client events as needed to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and at least 7-10 years of external sales-related experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with overnight travel required at least 3 days a week
  • Valid Motor Vehicle Driver License and a clear DMV record for the past 39 months
  • Comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and industry trends, or ability to quickly learn
  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts and identify new sales opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle negotiations
  • Strong time management skills with ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines
  • Computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
