About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the role of Vacation Ownership Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving company success by generating maximum sales in vacation ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and Sell: Educate and sell the Vacation Introductory Program (VIP) program/package to generate maximum sales in vacation ownership.
  • Guest Experience: Survey toured guests about their thoughts and opinions with regard to our product and presentations to validate a positive sales experience.
  • Customer Happiness: Ensure customer happiness by following through with all sales by phone conversation to reduce the cancellation rate.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit vacations planners prior to release of guest to ensure positive guest experience and quality assurance.
  • Sales Performance: Efficiently sell V.I.P. packages at the required production of 13.5%.
  • Agreement Completion: Complete the agreements in accordance with the rules.
  • Presentation Skills: Conduct a positive and informative presentation to every guest that is referred to you.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment and resolve complex customer quality assurance issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months+ of branded vacation ownership sales experience.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • VIP Package Experience: 1 year of VIP package experience with a branded company.
  • Related Experience: 3-5 years of related experience.
