Position Overview

As a Flight Scheduling Coordinator at NetJets, you will be integral in crafting the flight itinerary for the upcoming days. Your role will involve managing scheduling and communication, with a steadfast commitment to safety in all scheduling operations while delivering outstanding service to NetJets Owners, crew members, and associated departments. The Flight Scheduling Coordinator will actively pursue opportunities to minimize scheduling costs while ensuring a resilient schedule in a fast-paced environment. Acting as the main point of contact for crew members, you will facilitate effective communication with the flight center to guarantee smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Next Day Scheduling:
  • Efficiently allocate owner flight requests to NetJets aircraft and crews to maximize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Incorporate new reservations, maintenance schedules, and modifications to existing bookings.
  • Continuously refine and uphold the flight schedule by optimizing all available crews and resources.
Current Day Scheduling:
  • Oversee all facets of the current day's flight schedule, ensuring prompt communication and execution of necessary adjustments through both proactive and reactive strategies.
  • Refine and maintain the flight schedule by optimizing all available crews and resources.
Crew Communication and Duty Day Management:
  • Serve as the primary intermediary between crew members and the flight center.
  • Foster relationships with crew members to ensure a positive experience for both the crew and Owners by providing comprehensive information regarding any changes or situations to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Collect and disseminate critical information from crew members and supporting departments involved in daily operations.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: 0-2 years in a relevant field

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or experience in Aviation.
