We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Duty Manager to join our team at NetJets. As a key member of our Flight Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Operational Control: Oversee the daily operation of flights, including crew management, aircraft assignments, and exception management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including Strategic Operations and Flight Center personnel, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance service excellence, safety, and compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and specifications applicable to the safe and efficient operation of flights.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Pilot license (CPL or ATPL) and FAA Flight Dispatcher License.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in aviation operations, with a strong background in safety management and regulatory compliance.
