Market Development Executive

We are a values-driven organization that prioritizes relationships and delivers exceptional service to our customers. As a Market Development Executive at EagleBank, you will play a key role in growing and retaining profitable commercial banking relationships in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop revenue growth through oversight of loan generation, deposits, and fees
- Review loan requests and ensure appropriate underwriting
- Manage commercial relationships and ensure their profitability
We have a successful track record of delivering large community and commercial development loans, creating opportunities for neighborhoods and communities to thrive. Our CRE business focuses on interim, rehab, and repositioning of commercial property loans, including construction and renovation financing across all asset types.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or 5 additional years of relevant commercial lending experience
- 10 years of commercial underwriting, portfolio management, and business development experience
- Proven ability to achieve success in a corporate sales environment
- Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate and banking products and services
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Knowledge of C&I, ABL, SBA, and credit/special assets
- Accredited Banking School Certification in Lending or related topic
