Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Initiatives:

Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that encompass earned, owned, shared, and paid media.

  • Event Management: Organize and execute annual conferences, events, and award submissions, while leading client-centric marketing and corporate communication efforts through the creation of print, digital, and multimedia resources.

Marketing Technology Development:

Content Creation:

Research & Analytics

Contribute to market intelligence, competitive analysis, and segmentation research to inform strategic decisions.

Performance Reporting:
Collaborate with marketing leadership to define campaign metrics. Collect and analyze data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide insights for future strategies. Assist in the preparation of regular performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; Master's preferred
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Background in professional services, technology, or AEC sectors
  • Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in organizing marketing and employee events
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a strong grasp of AP Style
  • Ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities with research experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with content management systems and web analytics
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools
  • Understanding of U.S. federal contracting
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
  • Master's degree is a plus
