About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Philips. As a Territory Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the dental market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to dental professionals
  • Consult with dental practices to develop customized oral healthcare plans
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly
  • Computer proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
