About the Job

This role is focused on delivering end-to-end data and technology solutions for the functional areas of Revenue Growth Management for Americas, including sales and finance teams.

The Product Owner will be accountable for the management of the product backlog and prioritizing it based on value.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to provide advice on areas of improvement and innovation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy / Strategic Vision: Owns the vision of the product, its definition, and the associated value.
  • Product Backlog Management: Builds and sustains the backlog, arbitrating among different needs and priorities, and the delivery and performance of the product.
  • Business Needs Analysis: Understands the business needs, structures, and translates them into the backlog, envisioning different solutions to those needs.
  • Cost Optimization: Evaluates the costs and benefits of different options with input from the product team to optimize value creation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Prioritizes, plans, and communicates on the steps identified to deliver the product, handles simultaneously product discovery and delivery in an adaptive, incremental, and iterative manner.
  • Partnership and Innovation: Establishes partnership with leading technology providers related to the product.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Sales Planning solutions and Trade Terms and Promotion Management.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the underlying processes and a strong technical skill set, including Trade Promotion Management Solutions, SAP ECC, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.

Proven work experience with CPG manufacturers is a must, and speaking a second language (either Portuguese or Spanish) is also required.

What We Offer

Danone North America offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $130,000 - $165,000, a performance-based bonus, and a strong benefits package.

We are a hybrid work environment with opportunities to work both remotely and in office when desired.
