Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring prompt and courteous service for all customers.
  • Take responsibility for the customer experience, ensuring that all interactions leave a positive impression.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure seamless service.
  • Optimize the daily scheduling of technicians to maximize service efficiency.
  • Effectively allocate tasks among technicians.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores in line with company benchmarks.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and manage parts and tool orders as required.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and provide training and supervision within the service department.
  • Establish schedules and assign responsibilities to service department personnel.
  • Enforce company policies and uphold standards.
  • Promote compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and maintain good employee relations.
  • Collaborate with management on hiring and disciplinary actions within the service department.
