Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service orders and oversee the flow of the drive lane, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Take responsibility for the customer experience by executing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Ensure that the daily technician time is effectively allocated to service customers.
  • Efficiently distribute tasks among technicians.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores in line with company expectations.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and order necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise the service department.
  • Set schedules and assign tasks to service department personnel.
  • Enforce company policies and adhere to established standards.
  • Promote compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and maintain good employee relations.
  • Collaborate with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions within the service department.
