Hobart Service is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration units.
- Customer Service: Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Productivity and Quality: Meet or exceed weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as refrigeration principles and practices.
- Education and Experience: An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 4-6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
- Certifications and Licenses: EPA Universal certification and refrigeration experience required. Refrigeration certification or degree preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
- Work Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to customer sites.
