Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, internet, and live chat, ensuring timely follow-up on sales appointments.
- Provide initial product information and guide customers to the relevant dealership resources.
- Present financing options tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointment or who may have missed their appointments.
- Engage in team and process improvement sessions, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and management.
- Utilize a CRM tracking system on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates a courteous and prompt demeanor.
- Possesses a strong work ethic and a positive personality.
- Proficient computer skills are essential.
- A valid driver's license is required.
