We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team in a key role that will drive business growth and deliver exceptional results. As an Account Management Executive, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. With a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success, you will thrive in this dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a focus on high-priced products. You will be an expert in prospecting and outreach, with the ability to cold call C-level executives and create strategic marketing email campaigns. Exceptional listening and questioning skills are essential, as well as a hunter mentality and the ability to nurture and develop relationships. Strong pipeline management abilities and leadership skills will also be critical in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, with an 8-10% commission structure. In addition to your base salary, you will receive monthly career reviews against financial goals and KPI metrics. After two years, successful candidates will be eligible for promotion into management. Our comprehensive training program includes access to a global LMS platform, sales mastery program, and extensive sales tape library. This is an in-person role located in our Greenwich office. You will travel to attend in-person events in locations like Monaco, Cannes, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Switzerland in 5-star resorts and venues.
