Executive Talent Acquisition Leader

Job OverviewThe Head of Talent role at Palm Venture Studios offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability and innovation. With a proven track record in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment, you will leverage your expertise to identify and engage leaders who share our passion for making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Search: Lead end-to-end executive search processes, including defining role requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, designing interviews, driving the hiring decision-making process, extending an offer, and closing through any negotiations.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry leaders, to ensure a steady pipeline of highly qualified talent.
- Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement compelling recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives for our portfolio companies that align with our mission and attract top talent.
- Candidate Evaluation: Provide ongoing coaching and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Talent Analytics: Analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and continually improve our talent acquisition processes.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment for high-level positions.
- A deep understanding of the market dynamics across various sectors, with a network of industry leaders and executives.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate our mission and values to potential candidates.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
- Experience in implementing data-driven recruiting strategies and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- A passion for sustainable business practices and a desire to work with companies that prioritize social and environmental impact.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include performance bonuses, potential for carry participation in the PVS portfolio, health insurance, and other perks.
