Refined Family Estate Manager Needed

We are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee the smooth operation of a refined household in Greenwich, CT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for general household management, ensuring the home meets the highest standards.

About the Role

  • They will uphold a professional and confidential demeanor at all times, prioritizing the family's needs and security.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Household Management
  • Execute weekly errands, including meal planning and preparation.
  • Source, train, manage, and evaluate household staff; maintain staff schedules and address any absences or tardiness.
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the residence, ensuring meticulous standards for housekeeping, deep cleaning, and upkeep of special surfaces.
Family Support
  • Care for the family pet, including grooming, vet visits, and walks.
  • Maintain and update household manuals, operations guides, and inventory/shopping lists.
Budgeting and Administration
  • Track and manage household budgets and expenses, including medical claim submissions.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including calendar management, travel planning, and vendor invoice review.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in domestic roles, such as private residences, family offices, or hospitality settings.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Polished, personable, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

$130K-$150K DOE (dependent on experience). Comprehensive benefits package includes medical stipend, vacation time, and gas and mileage reimbursement for personal car use during errands.
