Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to develop new accounts and manage client relationships. The successful candidate will develop into a Senior Account Executive and then Sales Manager after achieving initial milestones. We recognize excellence and are committed to developing impactful future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new leads and creating a book of business.
  • Targeting General Partners and C-suite decision-makers of alternative investments firms, including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds.
  • Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email and cold calling.
  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships.
  • Traveling to destination cities nationwide to tend to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience: 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably with a high-priced product.
  • Prospecting and outreach experience: Experience cold calling C-level executives and creating strategic marketing email campaigns.
  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills: Successful candidates understand emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
  • Pipeline management ability: Research and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average annual salary: $75,000 - $125,000 (base salary + commission).
  • 10% commission on sales, with average deals starting from $110k for entry relationships and $175k-$250k on repeat relationships.

  • Progression into management after year 2 based on performance.
