Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls to customers, setting and confirming appointments, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, providing top-notch service and support.
- Meet or exceed department goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in the automotive industry or call center environment is a plus.
