Job Summary

The Account Analyst will assist the KeHE Account Manager and customers with the compilation, processing, and analysis of data related to sales and marketing of products. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Data Compilation and Analysis: The Account Analyst will assist with the compilation, processing, and analysis of data related to sales and marketing of products.
  • Collaborate with KeHE Account Managers and Vendors: The Account Analyst will work closely with KeHE account managers and vendors to develop monthly promotional programs.
  • Input Promotional Deals and Allowance Pass Amounts: The Account Analyst will input promotional deals and allowance pass amounts in various computer systems.
  • Maintain Record Keeping Databases: The Account Analyst will maintain record keeping databases for promotions, price changes, cost changes, item maintenance, and other information related to sales and marketing activities.
  • Support the Team: The Account Analyst will support the team by administratively creating and submitting customer setup forms, promotional forms, pricing requests, and new item forms.
  • Assist with Administrative Execution of Sales and Marketing Programs: The Account Analyst will assist with the administrative execution of company sales and marketing programs for the customer chain.
  • Process Various Requests: The Account Analyst will process various requests, such as sample requests, credits, reporting, and data collection.
  • Maintain Reporting Tracking of Information: The Account Analyst will maintain any reporting tracking of information for billing or audit purposes related to pricing or promotional entries.
  • Coordinate Merchandising Activities: The Account Analyst will coordinate implementation of merchandising activities, including planograms, new items, ads, grand openings, and customer requests.
  • Monitor Competitor Activities: The Account Analyst will monitor competitor activities and recommend paths forward to address these activities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred: The Account Analyst must have a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills Required: The Account Analyst must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, V lookups, tables, formatting, conditional formatting, charting, pivot tables, and reporting.
  • Minimum Two Years Experience in Sales of Grocery Products to Chain Accounts: The Account Analyst must have a minimum of two years experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts.
  • Understanding of Category Management: The Account Analyst must have a strong understanding of category management, with strong quantitative, analytical, and computer skills.
