Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Conference Services Manager. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a flawless experience for our clients.

Core Responsibilities
The Senior Conference Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing all elements of conference and event planning, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with vendors and partners to guarantee top-tier service.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify their conference requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Planning and managing all logistical components of events, including menu selection, catering, audiovisual needs, timelines, and transportation.
  • Creating and monitoring detailed budgets for conferences, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Supervising on-site execution of events, providing support and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Assessing performance metrics of conference services and implementing enhancements to improve guest experiences.
  • Innovating unique guest experiences and contributing to the enhancement of the hotel's offerings.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience in conference services management or a related field.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple projects.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include the ability to stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks. The candidate must be capable of lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds and discerning differences in visual details.
