We are currently seeking Event Management Specialists to support our expanding clientele across various markets. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality or event planning who are keen to delve into the food service industry, engage with valued customers, and collaborate with a wide array of outstanding local restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Fooda events in multiple roles, including: 1.) being present onsite for setup, breakdown, cleaning, troubleshooting, and ensuring a premium customer experience, 2.) acting as a backup cashier at Fooda Cafés during team members' absences, and 3.) handling delivery tasks for equipment and food to various Fooda locations.
  • Become proficient with Fooda's technological systems and standard operational protocols.
  • Address issues such as incorrect orders, delayed deliveries, or miscommunication effectively.
  • Resolve technical challenges related to point-of-sale (POS) systems, onsite technology, and digital menu displays.
  • Conduct onsite promotions and provide guidance on the mobile application.
  • Deliver immediate customer service to address concerns directly with clients.
  • Oversee audits of restaurant event setups to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Report significant issues to the Operations Manager for further assistance and resolution.
  • Availability during peak hours, primarily over lunch (10 am – 2 pm), with potential responsibilities extending from 8 am to 4 pm based on market needs.
