Job Description

Arclin USA LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead designated strategic projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develops and manages project plans, including project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
  • Team Leadership: Leads and coordinates internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensures resource availability and allocation.
  • Project Tracking: Develops a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates project risks, and develops contingency plans as needed.
  • Communication: Works closely with both internal and external project resource teams to drive projects from inception to launch through stage gate process.
  • Documentation: Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Establishes and maintains relationships with internal teams, vendors, and sponsors.
  • Change Management: Uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitors and controls project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Milestone Management: Manages project work to achieve assigned milestones and deliverables.
  • Performance Measurement: Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicates project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Governance: Schedules and leads Project update meetings with the Project SteerCo as needed but no less frequent than once per calendar quarter.
Accountability:
  • Project Delivery: Delivering projects On-Time, On-Budget, and In-Scope.
  • Project Updates: Maintaining regular project updates to SteerCo.
  • Lessons Learned: Conducts lessons learned sessions at the end of each project to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, Project Management, Science).
  • Certification: Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years related experience, including 5 years of project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum). Experience from companies with R&D. Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization. Broad understanding of business, organization, and strategy development. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams with the ability to influence factoring in perspectives and bring teams to consensus/alignment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Competency with Planisware or similar. Project Governance/Stage-Gate experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
