Key Responsibilities:
- Carrier Relations:
- Collaborating with Carrier IT departments to resolve download issues.
- Establishing carrier logins for both new and existing personnel.
- M&A Integrations:
- Engaging with carriers regarding new acquisitions.
- Monitoring each phase of the integration process utilizing Smartsheet or other project management tools.
- Licensing Coordination:
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by collecting licensing information and submitting it to our TPA.
- Facilitating licensing transactions with carriers.
- Appointment Management:
- Assisting in the appointment of new hires with our primary carriers.
- Ongoing maintenance of appointments, including the termination of former employees.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Handling further integration tasks associated with new acquisitions, such as vendor contracts and lease agreements.
- Managing other assigned projects as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.
- Experience in engaging with and presenting to senior leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to multitask.
- High effectiveness in leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Education/Experience:
- Previous experience in the insurance sector.
- Bachelor's degree.
