Project Management Associate

The Project Management Associate plays a pivotal role in strategizing, coordinating, and executing projects while adhering to established budgets, timelines, and project specifications. The position also entails collaboration with carrier relations, managing licensing for new employees, and scheduling appointments for M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrier Relations:
    • Collaborating with Carrier IT departments to resolve download issues.
    • Establishing carrier logins for both new and existing personnel.
  • M&A Integrations:
    • Engaging with carriers regarding new acquisitions.
    • Monitoring each phase of the integration process utilizing Smartsheet or other project management tools.
  • Licensing Coordination:
    • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by collecting licensing information and submitting it to our TPA.
    • Facilitating licensing transactions with carriers.
  • Appointment Management:
    • Assisting in the appointment of new hires with our primary carriers.
    • Ongoing maintenance of appointments, including the termination of former employees.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Handling further integration tasks associated with new acquisitions, such as vendor contracts and lease agreements.
    • Managing other assigned projects as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Previous experience in the insurance sector.
