Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the strategic view of the client and their relationship within Datascan. This position involves communicating with clients and internal management on a daily basis to initiate measures to resolve client requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate with clients and internal management to initiate measures to resolve client requests, including coordinating with technical operations, product, accounting, legal, client success, and business development teams.
  • Solution Development and Implementation: Develop scope, timelines, project proposals, and implementation plans to support client goals and objectives, and manage them to completion.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues quickly and positively, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and run regular management meetings to discuss client progress, goals, and objectives, and present innovative solutions and opportunities to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal, written, professionalism, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to deal with all levels of management both internally and externally; strong facilitation, project management, and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple efforts and priorities.
  • Experience: Prefer three years relevant experience in client relations/sales, auto finance, floorplan finance, or banking.
