About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team at Arup. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze financial and operational data to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with Finance and Project Managers to establish project budgets and monitor actuals
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support managerial financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
  • Support the Billing and Project Accounting team on projects
  • Contribute to special projects as required
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with general Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately
  • Good communication skills essential for team-based working
  • Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization
