Position: Sustainability Investment Analyst
We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity to join a leading US-based Fund Manager as a Junior ESG Fund Analyst. This role involves collaborating with the Sustainability and Investment Managers to evaluate potential investments across a diverse portfolio.
This position is ideal for professionals in Investment and Corporate Finance with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the ESG sector or related professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sustainability Manager and Investment team in conducting ESG due diligence for prospective investments, ensuring compliance with ESG standards.
- Support the asset management team in monitoring, analyzing, and managing ESG performance across portfolio companies.
- Prepare ESG reports and contribute to investor inquiries for the Fund Manager and its managed funds.
- Facilitate the daily management of sustainability governance frameworks, policies, and processes for the firm and its funds.
- Stay informed about ESG regulatory and voluntary standards/frameworks, aiding in the alignment of the Fund Manager and its funds with relevant guidelines.
- Contribute to the integration of sustainability practices into the company's strategic and operational frameworks.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Assist the Sustainability Manager with any new or additional sustainability projects aligned with the Fund Manager's values and priorities.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a commercially savvy and technically skilled Sustainability Investment Analyst with at least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Due Diligence. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, ideally at the master's level, in a finance or ESG investment-related discipline, along with a genuine interest in the ESG sector.
