Position Overview

As a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor , you will play a crucial role within our multidisciplinary treatment team, emphasizing client-centered care in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting ongoing assessments, developing treatment plans, reviewing progress, planning for continued care, and facilitating individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery education.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening Counselor to join our team of like-minded professionals committed to making a meaningful impact. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, offering a structured schedule.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess an active, unrestricted LADC license issued by the appropriate state authority, along with 1-2 years of experience in the substance use treatment field and 12 hours of training in co-occurring disorders. A deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by our clients is essential. Candidates must also pass a background check and demonstrate a commitment to sobriety for at least the two years preceding their application.
