Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to clients, utilizing your personal experience and expertise to help them navigate the recovery process.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans, taking into account each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and progress assessments to monitor client progress and make adjustments to their recovery plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered Peer Recovery credential from a recognized certifying body.
  • Proven experience working in a peer recovery or similar role, with a strong understanding of Substance Use Disorder and recovery principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual support.
