Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to clients, utilizing your personal experience and expertise to help them navigate the recovery process.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services, ensuring they receive the support they need to achieve and maintain sobriety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Develop and implement personalized recovery plans, taking into account each client's unique needs and goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins and progress assessments to monitor client progress and make adjustments to their recovery plans as needed.
- Current, unencumbered Peer Recovery credential from a recognized certifying body.
- Proven experience working in a peer recovery or similar role, with a strong understanding of Substance Use Disorder and recovery principles.
