Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Executive to join our team at Instabase. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our most strategic existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with the company's strategic objectives and handle revenue growth at designated customer accounts
  • Build pipeline, forecast business, lead internal teams, and communicate key updates and competitive intelligence
  • B.build relationships at multiple levels, including executive, champion, and decision-maker roles, such as CIOs, IT executives, and LOB executives
  • Drive value-based growth within accounts and lead complex large-scale transactions
  • Expand the Instabase footprint into new business units and use cases
  • Exceed quarterly and annual activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of software sales experience demonstrating increased responsibility and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling workflow automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions is a plus
  • Prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and essential decision-makers at local accounts
  • Managing a small set of enterprise accounts rather than a broad territory
  • Experience utilizing MEDDPICC or similar methodology to properly qualify sales opportunities
  • The ability to travel domestically, up to 50% of the time
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
