Job Overview

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is in search of a Prototype Production Specialist to take charge of assembling innovative products and aiding in the enhancement of product configurations and manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble cutting-edge products.
  • Support the creation of new product configurations and methodologies as necessary, including engineering modifications and unique requirements derived from internal or customer interactions; generate parts lists, documentation, testing protocols, and safety procedures.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production and manufacturing challenges as needed.
  • Diagnose products exhibiting failures.
  • Ensure quality control through the design and upkeep of testing and verification equipment utilized during production.
  • Help identify tools, jigs, fixtures, testing apparatus, and other specialized equipment necessary to achieve designated production goals.
  • Revise drawings as required for product assembly efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to team members as necessary.
  • Comply with established company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety regulations; utilize personal protective equipment as per training guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned, and may assist in other manufacturing departments as required.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate's degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage with individuals at various organizational levels.
  • Professionalism and diplomacy are crucial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid aptitude for mathematics, as well as effective planning, time management, and project management abilities, are required.
  • Familiarity with standard business operations and proficiency in various office software and equipment, including MS Word, Outlook, and Visio, is necessary.
  • Proven ability to interpret blueprints and schematics; physical and manual dexterity skills are essential.

This is a full-time position with daytime hours.
