Position Summary
This position calls for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who thrives on engaging with new customers and assisting them in their vehicle purchasing journey.
Compensation
$50,000 - $200,000 / Year
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients by guiding them in their vehicle selection through effective questioning, attentive listening, and a positive demeanor.
- Enhance and showcase your understanding of our product range, optional features, and the latest automotive technologies.
- Conduct professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations for interested clients.
- Maintain follow-up communications with customers to build enduring relationships and promote our referral program.
- Learn to navigate objections and excel in diverse sales scenarios to enhance appointment quality and vehicle presentations.
- Report to the Sales Manager to set monthly and quarterly targets, plan events, conduct reviews, and evaluate personal performance.
- Achieve and surpass dealership sales goals daily with a constructive attitude and proactive business development efforts.
