Production Prototype Specialist

Quintech Electronics & Communications Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Prototype Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the assembly of new products and assisting in the development of new product configurations and manufacturing methods.
Key Responsibilities- Product Assembly: Assemble new products to meet quality and production standards.
- Product Development: Assist in the development of new product configurations and methods, including generating part lists, documentation, test instructions, and safety procedures.
- Manufacturing Support: Assist in resolving manufacturing and production problems as requested, and troubleshoot products with failures.
- Quality Control: Sustain quality control through design and maintenance of test and verification appliances used during production.
- Tooling and Equipment: Assist in determining tools, jigs, fixtures, test equipment, and other new or special equipment required to obtain specified production.
- Documentation: Update drawings as needed per product for ease of assembly.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to personnel as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to established company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations, and wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Housekeeping: Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Education Preferred: Associates degree in electronics or related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills, along with the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at various levels of the organization.
- Professionalism: Position requires professionalism and diplomacy.
- Organizational Skills: Work requires excellent organizational skills, along with great attention to detail and a solid math aptitude, as well as strong planning, time, and project management skills.
- Technical Skills: Must have knowledge of typical business operations and working use of a variety of office and equipment databases, as well as software (MSWord, Outlook, computer internet, Visio, Paint, etc.).
- Physical and Manual Dexterity: Must have demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics, and possess physical and manual dexterity skills.
The position is a full-time, daylight position, Monday through Thursday, 6:15am-4:45pm.
