The Healthcare Education Recruiter will play a pivotal role in fostering connections with healthcare professionals seeking travel and contracted career opportunities in the educational and school services sector.

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional experiences for healthcare professionals by initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and delivering unparalleled customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals for temporary career assignments within the educational and school services sector.
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates to build relationships, understand their career aspirations, and match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Inform prospective candidates about the personal and professional advantages of pursuing a temporary healthcare career.
  • Generate leads through diverse recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with travel healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue continuous improvement and career growth.
  • Demonstrate strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruitment targets.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Exhibit a client-centered approach and a genuine passion for customer service.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 1+ year of proven success in a sales, staffing agency, or metrics-driven role.
  • A strong commitment to creating positive experiences for travel healthcare professionals.
  • Innovative thinkers who can approach challenges creatively.
  • A career-oriented mindset with aspirations for advancement.
  • Enthusiasm for being part of a recruiting organization that values your skills and contributions.

COMPENSATION:

Aya anticipates a starting salary of $60,000 for this position, in addition to commission opportunities. Compensation may vary based on the applicant's experience and qualifications. Bonuses are subject to the role and managerial discretion.
