Position Overview: This role is crucial within our leadership team, contributing to the establishment and execution of global strategic plans in partnership with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Proactively address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.

  • Training: Ensure staff are well-trained on new product lines and operational procedures.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Foster a service-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction and quality improvement.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold security and confidentiality regulations regarding medical records.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of achieving results.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree in business or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RHIT or RHIA).
  • Two years of experience in ROI or Operational Management.
  • Knowledge of ROI and HIM Services.
  • Typing proficiency (50 wpm).
