Strategic Business Development Leader

Campbell Street Senior Living is seeking a Strategic Business Development Leader to drive growth initiatives across all communities. This role involves designing and implementing business development strategies to boost census and occupancy, building strong partnerships with key referral sources, and overseeing sales and marketing training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement business development strategies to drive growth across all communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives, health systems, accountable care organizations, and other key referral sources.
- Oversee the development and delivery of sales and marketing training programs for facility-level and corporate teams.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to community-level teams to enhance sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the senior living or skilled nursing sector.
- Proven track record of increasing occupancy within the SNF segment (urban and rural).
- Experience in developing and executing social media sales and marketing plans.
- Leadership ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
